Need to Know

Unless otherwise specified, guidance services begin in the city visited.

•            It is required to be at the specified airport at least 3 hours before the flight time.

•            Flight tickets are issued based on the name/surname and passport details of the passengers as they appear in the passport. If this information is provided incorrectly to our agency, our agency will not be held responsible for this.

•            Our agency is not responsible for flight cancellations, changes in flight times and routes, and price increases due to the airline.

•            Passengers purchasing domestic flight tickets must confirm the updated flight times before obtaining their tickets.

•            For flights departing from Istanbul with Qatar and Singapore Airlines, the baggage allowance is 25 KG, while Turkish Airlines' baggage allowance is 30 KG. If there is a local airline flight in the program, unless otherwise stated, the baggage allowance will be 20 KG.

•            Group flights do not allow online check-in and seat selection. Our guests must communicate their seat requests (subject to availability) to the counter staff during check-in.

•            Qatar Airlines provides special seat blocking for groups. Guests who wish to sit next to each other or in a more forward position must process at the check-in counter at the airport.

•            In the case that the outbound flight of group tickets is not boarded/used, the return flight is automatically canceled by the airline system.

•            The validity period of your passengers' passports must be at least 6 months after the date of exit from the country being traveled to.

•            The days of extra tours can be changed by the guide based on the number of participants (minimum 20 people), the closure of museums and archaeological sites, changes in flight times, and weather conditions, while adhering to the content.

•            The panoramic city tour lasts 2-3 hours and is organized for the introduction of the cities. Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites and aim to provide general information about the city. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot within the limits of available facilities in areas where closed roads or vehicle access is not permitted.

•            Due to inflation and changes in operational costs in the country you are traveling to, the prices of extra tours may be updated from time to time. These tours are completely optional, and guests wishing to participate can decide and pay based on the updated prices. The list provided by the guide will be the current price list.

•            Requirements for entering Bali; (a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of return is required)

o            1*Visa - can be paid by card or cash, USD 35, they queue up to get a sticker after payment (in Bali)

o            2*Tourist tax - can be paid online before going, a QR code will be obtained, or they can also pay upon arrival, (https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id/)

o            3*Customs form must be filled out and a QR code obtained, should be filled out 2 days in advance (https://ecd.beacukai.go.id/)

o            4*Health declaration form, opens 2 days in advance (https://sshp.kemkes.go.id/) you can fill this out after completing c-in, they will ask for the seat number.

What to Bring?

Tour program
Day 1 24.05.2026 Istanbul - Singapore
Be at Istanbul Airport for international flights 3 hours before departure. Flight SQ 391 departs for Singapore at 13:15. Overnight flight.
Day 2 Singapore – Bali
Arrive in Singapore at 04:45 local time and then board flight SQ 934 at 06:45 to Bali. Arrive in Bali at 09:25 local time. After completing passport and customs procedures, you will be met by our representative at the airport and transferred to the hotel. After checking into the rooms, you have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
3 Days in Bali
Your hotel will serve buffet breakfast, followed by free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Kintamani Volcano Tour by your guide. (Tour fee: 60.-USD) We will depart from the hotel at 09:00 in the morning. The journey begins by visiting traditional Bali houses to see their simple way of life. Next, we will visit the famous Batuan village known for its paintings and continue to Mas village to see the art scene. You can observe wood carvings made from ebony wood, mahogany imported from Borneo and Java, as well as crocodile wood from Bali. Our next stop will be to head directly to Kintamani village for a buffet lunch featuring Indonesian cuisine. While enjoying the world’s most expensive coffee, Kopi Luwak, in a coffee plantation with a view of tropical forests, we will also see the sacred springs of the Gunung Kawi Temple, which is one of the holy places for Hindus, and the beautiful Tegalalang rice terraces will be our last visit before we return to the hotel. 4 Days in Bali

After the open buffet breakfast at your hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the extra full-day Nusa Lembongan Island Tour. (Tour fee: 130.-USD)

The cruise departs from Bali Benoa Port to Nusa Lembongan every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at 09:15. Here you can sunbathe on the golden beach, swim and snorkel in the tropical waters, or relax in the hammocks of our peaceful garden. If your mood drives you to activities, water skiing, scuba diving, parasailing, and more are waiting for you.

Our lunch includes BBQ featuring fresh fish and salad. Enjoy our meals and tropical cocktails at Lembongan Beach Club Bar. We recommend our fully serviced Kids Club for families, so parents can enjoy the day while we take care of the little ones. After the tour, return to your hotel and overnight stay at your hotel.


5 Days Bali
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the unique sea, sand, and sun of Bali for the entire day. Guests who wish can join the **extra Tanah Loh Tour** in the afternoon. **(Tour fee: 45.-USD)** It is recommended for guests who are more interested in Balinese culture. The departure from the lobby is at 14:00, first visiting the Mengwi Temple, which is the second largest temple on the island. Then, the visit continues to the Tanah Lot Temple, built on rocks above the ocean, which is one of Bali's symbols. After watching the sunset here, you will return to the hotel. Overnight at your hotel.
6 Days Bali
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can participate in the **Ubud Tour** organized by your guide for an **extra** fee of **60.-USD**. Departure from the hotel at 09:00 in the morning. We will see the process of batik painting with silk and cotton materials and weaving with Balinese motifs, then head to Tegenungan Waterfall for a beautiful panorama. To take a closer look and photograph the monkeys, we will visit the Ubud Monkey Forest. Afterward, there will be free time at the Ubud Art Market to buy souvenirs from Bali. Lastly, we will visit the Hindu temple in Batuan before returning to the hotel. Overnight at your hotel.
7/8 Days Bali - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, we complete our check-out procedures. After your transfer to the airport at the time specified by your guide, you will board flight SQ 947 at 21:40 to Singapore, and then connect to flight SQ 392, departing at 01:50 from Singapore to Istanbul. You will arrive in Istanbul at 08:45 local time.
