- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 45 days before the tour date. In case of cancellation less than 45 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and for cancellations 20 days or less before, a 100% penalty will be applied. Documents such as hospital reports and work permit documents obtained from authorities in Turkey submitted with the cancellation request will unfortunately not be accepted for cancellations of accommodation and services outside Turkey. - For shopping and expenses during the tour in all countries included in the program, it is sufficient to have USD. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas where the local currency is used. - Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening. - In our tours, a rotation (seat change) application is implemented in the daily seating plan, and a fixed seat or front seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide. - To bring items (such as alcohol and cigarettes) into Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum requirement of 3 days of accommodation. - The duty-free shopping limit for entering Turkey from abroad is as follows: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding liquor with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (including liquor with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - Tour guides can make changes to the tour program depending on weather and road conditions, under the condition that they show all places indicated in the program. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel / United Tours Izmir. - When hotel(s) are indicated only by category information without specifying a name, or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel / United Tours Izmir 2 days before the tour movement. - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel / United Tours Izmir 15 days before the tour departure date. - Triple rooms can be provided based on hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of folding and coach beds, the tour participant accepts that they will experience crowding in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply for one child that meets the age group criteria staying with two adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour services are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu referred to as a continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction to the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with narration from the vehicle without including museum or site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Viyatravel / United Tours Izmir is not responsible for the inability to perform these tours if local authorities do not allow visits to the specified sites on the scheduled days and times due to reasons such as closed roads or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot when access to certain locations is restricted. - During border crossings by road during travel, waiting times at customs may exceed standard durations, and Viyatravel / United Tours Izmir cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times. - Extra tours are organized by our local partners at Viyatravel / United Tours Izmir with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient number is not reached, the trips cannot take place, or additional excursion prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. Furthermore, the days and times of the tours may change based on the opening/closing status of museums and sites to be visited and the weather conditions, as determined by the guide. - Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour accept that they will wait at a suitable resting facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed. - For the participants in tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities to be completed at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online on the airline’s websites before the flight. - Viyatravel / United Tours Izmir is not responsible for passengers who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced by Viyatravel / United Tours Izmir for tour participation, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures on time but do not board the airplane. Passengers who miss their flight are responsible for all expenses incurred for new one-way and return airline tickets and the transfers at the destination. - Viyatravel / United Tours Izmir acts as an intermediary organization between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or the times of existing trips and flights may change. Viyatravel / United Tours Izmir is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of changing times upon purchasing the trip. Children between the ages of 0-2 do not pay for airport taxes and airport service charges. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of persons as follows. Vehicle types are assigned according to the number of participants in each tour. - Buses: (Used for 25 - 46 people) - Midibuses: (Used for 17 - 24 people) - Minibuses: (Used for up to 16 people) - All guests are considered to have accepted the above terms as part of the tour sale.
